We provide HR recruiting services in a variety of ways. We prefer to provide our staffing services in concert with an on going consulting engagement, because that provides you with the best possible service, but we recognize that you, as our partner, may have different needs.

HR STAFFING SERVICES

• Retained Search – Traditional retained search services at a rate less than contingency because we believe this is a better arrangement for all parties.
• Retained Search As Part Of A Consulting Engagement - We believe this is more effective, and support that by giving you a reduced fee when we are also your consultant.
• Retained Hourly Search – Like a consulting engagement, you pay by the hour for our search activity.
• Contingency Search – Traditional contingency arrangement, but at our highest rates.
• Staffing Strategy and Program Development – As a consulting engagement, we work with you and your team to develop a staffing strategy, and implement the supporting programs. Staffing implies more than recruiting. It involves all elements necessary to ensure you have the right people at the right place, and at the right time with the right skills, attitudes. We will help you develop that capability.
