We want to help you develop the best HR organization, a true business partner, and the strongest HR capability, to help you achieve your organization's objectives. We can do this through assessment of your current HR organization and HR management practices; by working with you and your team to put together achievable action plans; by supplementing existing capability with our own skills, and by identifying key positions that need to be added and/or upgraded. We can work with your HR leadership as coaches and with you as your 'trusted advisor' for all HR issues.

HR Capability Assessment - The first step in helping you improve your HR capabilitiy is to do an assessment. This involves interviews with members of the HR team, client management, senior staff, and a review of HR plans and business plans. We have put together a package to help you get started. For a limited time we will do this assessment for a fixed fee of $5,000. This includes up to 5 days on site, with additional days as agreed billed at 20% off our daily rate. If, as a result of this assessment you contract with us for additional consulting, coaching, or search, we will provide that to you at 20% of our regular fees. This does not include travel and living expenses.

Interim HR Executives and Special Projects and Problem Solving - Do you have special needs? A sudden resignation of your HR executive requires interim leadership while you find a replacement. You are pre-IPO and seeking an HR executive, but you need someone to get things going now. From individual employee issues to group situations your resources can be supplemented and those situations can be brought to a successful outcome. 
 

Introducing Challenge Management. This may become the most exciting and potentially the most powerful element of SJE Partners, LLC. While most larger organizations have the resources to either hire necessary HR talent, or retain the services of consultants (like us), most small businesses do not have the resources to engage consultants in the traditional sense. The cost per hour, and per day, coupled with the cost of travel expenses, is often prohibitive. The concept of HR Management was developed by SJE Partners, LLC to help you manage through this challenge.

Through HR Management you may request that one of our consultants help with the challenge or question you are facing. The first call, up to 30 minutes, is free. Atfer that each additional hour is $100.00, and is paid through our online store. Just click on SHOP and look for Challenge Management. Once your fee has been processed, one of our consultants will contact you to discuss your particular challenge.

If we both determine the issue needs attention beyond the phone conversation and initial response, we will jointly decide on next steps. Rates will be dependent on the size, scope and duration of the activity.
