BACK TO WORK! The cards are dealt and we know what we have in our hands to work with. Look at your hand. There are plenty of challenges ahead, and opportunities to learn what kind of leaders we are.

We know we are going to have to find a way to do more with less. That's a fact!

Yes, the election is over, and one of the cards you were dealt is that the guy who supports EFCA was elected. This will be a Union friendly administration. Now is the time to assess your risk, and run your avoidance campaign. If you wait until you hear about card signing it will be too late. Be proactive!
